摘要
The monomolecular compound ethylenedithiotetrathiafulvalene (EDT-TTF(CONHMe)(2)) and the charge transfer salt tetramethyltetraselenafulvalene (TMTSF)(2)ClO4 were successfully recrystallized using the drop casting method. Samples of various sizes were obtained, with widths as small as 300 nm and thicknesses above 30 nm. The length of the samples can reach I mm. The conductivity of the former compound, sigmaapproximate to3.10(-7) S cm(-1) is typical of neutral TTF derivatives. Its bulk mobility is about mu(b)approximate to1 cm(2)/Vs. For the thinnest samples of (TMTSF)(2)ClO4, the two point conductivity is dominated by the sample conductivity instead of the contact resistance. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
