摘要：
This paper describes research on the framework, functions and development of a business decision support system. Business intelligence technology, intelligent agent technology, and database technology are applied in this system. It focuses on the extraction and analysis of data from various data sources. An intelligent agent (IA) is embedded in it, which automatically extracts data from the Web and enterprise data warehouse. It also provides users with a user-friendly interface and unique operation style, such as button menu, which makes the operation more convenient. It aims at helping senior managers make informed decisions. This system is called Smart Business Decision Support System (SBDSS).
