摘要
One kind of 7 degrees of freedom transducer on the basis of unidirectional flow velocity transducer has been developed in this paper. This transducer adopts 6 unidirectional flow velocity transducer, which are installed according to a particular space structure. Each unidirectional flow velocity transducer utilizes an MCU EM78F652 for signal processing which integrates operational amplifier and A/D converter. This single-chip microcomputer connects with an MCU AD mu C845 through SPI bus, then forms the 7 degrees of freedom transducer measurement circuit. Indicated by the experiment test based on six hot membrane transducers, this transducer has realized 7 degrees of freedom of the wind speed measurement, its precision and stability has reached the design requirement. This transducer can be applied extensively to fluid velocity fields and flow fields, such as wind-power electricity generation, river hydrology investigation, space aircraft, industry boiler, etc.
