摘要
Coaching offers teachers a new approach to deal with their teaching, focusing on the student and the skills to be developed rather than on the subject and content to be acquired. Provides resources and simple tools that allow application relationships in a different way with himself, with his pupils and their discipline. And it can provide a way to contribute, from the scope of each discipline, the development of the whole person. The application of coaching both teacher professional development, and the application that makes classroom tools and techniques of this methodology based on personal guidance, among other objectives will contribute to: increase student motivation and involvement; develop and expand responsibility consciousness; encourage the habit of finding and developing independent learning skills and promote meaningful academic and personal excellence. By accompanying the teacher on one sessions and training in coaching, it manages to boost the deployment of the potential of the individual, in order to completion, through the expansion of consciousness, increased responsibility, commitment to action and building relationships of true encounter with their environment.
