摘要：
Human resource is an important factor which restricts the economic development of the country and the region. The development and management of human resources are the keys to the smooth implementation of the western development strategy in China. Based on this, the status and importance of human resources in the development strategy of the western region were expounded in this paper, and the improvement of human resources in the western region of 2005 similar to 2015 was analyzed. It was pointed out that strengthening and improving the investment of human capital in the western region were the key factors to promote the development of human resources in the western region and the smooth implementation of the western development strategy.
