Rotary kiln intelligent control based on flame image processing

摘要
It is considered as a difficult problem in automatic control field to control the temperature in a rotary kiln. This paper presents a rotary kiln intelligent control system based on flame image processing, with the features of the flame and clinker as the major feedback signal. A simulating human-behavior intelligent fuzzy control (IFC) algorithm is employed as the automatic control algorithm, which has good robustness and adaptability A two-level computer system is adopted to realize the automatic control and management of the rotary kiln clinkering process, which has excellent performance.
