摘要
The rotary kiln industrial production system is a typical complex nonlinear multivariable process with strongly coupling and large time delays. The up-to-the-minute research results of optimized operation and intelligent control of rotary kiln process based on image processing technology. It mainly includes the flam image processing technology, soft-sensor modeling, state recognition, and fault diagnosis and hybrid intelligent control strategy. In the end the existent problems and future research directions in the rotary kiln control field is concluded.
