摘要
Resource management has always been a major research subject of multi-project management. The current international research of multi-project resource management has mainly conducted from the contractor's or a non-specific actor's perspective. Since the owner is the core of multi-project management, how to integrate effectively multi-project resource plays a critical role in the smooth implementation of multi-project management. To start with, the differences between owner's and contractor's multi-project resource management were discussed thoroughly. Then, some potential issues were briefed. After that, the goals of owner's multi-project resource management were outlined. Based on theories of amendment dynamic planning, directing and coordinating human and material resources, a model was put forwarded for resources handling to insure an optimized flow of materials within multiple projects. This model is good for owner's multi-project resource management when central purchasing and inventory control is used.
