摘要
Al2O3-SiC-Mullite composites were synthesized successfully using fly ash and carbon as main starting materials by carbon-thermal reduction. Effects of different carbon source, mix-milling time and the sintering temperature on composition of the productions were studied. The results showed that Al2O3-SiC-Mullite composites have been prepared using fly ash with high alumina as starting materials and graphite as carbon sources and sintering at 1600 degrees C for 2h.
