摘要：
The concept and connotation of eco-industry and circular economy are presented in this paper. Analyze theories and key technologies of environmental logistics in detail. Denote the environmental logistics is a modem sustainable logistics pattern. It is expounded that the environmental logistics is foundation of the eco-industry and circular economy.
