摘要
A detailed thermodynamic analysis and performance comparison of R134a and its alternatives, such as R600, R600a, and R290, in an actual vapor compression refrigeration cycle have been presented. Given the degree of subcooling and the pressure drop in the evaporator and condenser, energy analyses have been performed for evaporator temperatures ranging from -30 degrees C to 0 degrees C. R290 is shown to be a better substitute for R134a than R600 and R600a
