摘要
The building sector is featured by significant influence on the environment. Both buildings and non-building structures require natural resources to be constructed and maintained. There are many unsolved problems in the construction industry. One of the most important is the extensive usage of resources for construction projects. In the absence of proper education, even the most excellent ideas may be insufficient in eliminating emissions and other negative externalities. Due to the complexity of the organizations, both in a project and in corporations, that is among individual stakeholders, it is worth indicating leaders of change. In the article, based on the literature review, it was pointed out that knowledge management in a construction company should primarily be based on the corporate culture that shows a preference for the idea of Circular Economy. The path to CE maturity has been shown as a continual pursuit. The consistency enables for effective promotion of the concept of CE in the construction company. The research allowed to draw three explicit phases: disharmony, euphoria, harmony in becoming CE-matured by the enterprise.
