摘要
This presentation deals with the analysis of conducted and radiated emissions of Automotive Ethernet systems by using a combination of full wave 3D field analyses and circuit simulations. Performing such simulations at an early stage of product development may give valuable answers regarding the EMC performance of the electronic design. Since PCBs, connectors, and cables individually influence the electromagnetic emission, a thorough understanding of the common mode effects in all of these components is key for a compliant system design. In this presentation, we discuss and demonstrate several countermeasures for common mode currents in order to suppress the emission.
