Time-resolved terahertz transmission spectroscopy of dielectrics

摘要：
Using the method of time-domain terahertz-transmission spectroscopy we measured the far-infrared complex dielectric function at room temperature in the range of 3 to 80 cm(-1) for a variety of samples: Li2Ge7O15 (LGO), (CH3 NHCH2 COOH)(3). CaCl2 (TSCC), high-permittivity microwave ceramics, etc. The precision of the measurements and subsequent evaluation of the dielectric function is discussed.
