摘要：
[GRAPHICS] Unexpectedly, imidazolidin-2-ones are easily obtained from beta-keto esters upon treatment with tert-butyl nosyloxycarbamate and calcium oxide under mild conditions. The structure of the product was established by X-ray crystallography.
