摘要：
Based on the modern supply chain management theory, from the characteristics of the tourism industry, this paper points out that the characteristics of the tourism supply chain. En view of these characteristics, tourism supply chain management should strengthen the cultivation of core competitiveness of enterprises, implementation of the tourism enterprise business process reengineering; the importance of tourism business strategic alliances, build new business relationships; build the tourism information systems to support for supply chain management.
