摘要
Herein, we present the uptake capacity of CO2 by the metal organic framework (MOF) using simultaneous thermal analysis (STA) coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) interphase. The obtained data fitted well with the pseudo-second-order and Langmuir models. MOF had the highest adsorption capacity of 125 mg/g at 25 degrees C and 2.1 bar pressure. Comprehensive regenerability and structural stability of MOF were tested over several sorption cycles and further confirmed by time-based absorbance on FTIR to have a good agreement with the absorption capacity. Therefore, it was seen that the combined intrinsic properties of the MOF make it a promising CO2 adsorbent for industrial applications.
