摘要
This report utilizes a case study to illustrate how an ergonomics risk assessment and Motion Time Measurements (MTM) can be used to reduce risk and optimize performance. Changes in a manufacturing process at an automobile manufacturing plant created potential for postures with high ergonomic risk and a decrease in operation efficiency. Recommendations reduced ergonomic risk and reduced cycle time by 44%, This report will review the operation, the methodologies and results of ergonomics analysis and work methods analysis, high impact recommendations, and the overall results.
