In this paper, the close-coupling method and the Tang-Toennies potential are applied to the collisions of He-3, He-4, He-9 and He-10 with H-2 systems when the incident energy is 0. 7 eV. The vibrational and rotational excitation cross sections are calculated. By analyzing the partial wave cross sections, the changing tendencies of the partial wave cross sections with the quantum number and reduced mass in the isotopic substitution systems are obtained.
