Study on comprehensive evaluation of e-commerce project development risks

In this paper, we design the comprehensive evaluation index system of E-commerce project development risks, which is general and feasible. After that, we provide a simple and efficient method to calculate the constant weight of each index with fuzzy consistent reciprocal judgment matrix, where the consistency problem of judgment matrix is very easy to get. Finally, in light of the variable weights decision-making method, we give the formula of state vector according to three characters of E-commerce projects development risks. In the end, an example illustrates the effectiveness of the method, and it is proved that the method is effective by the presentation of the result.
