摘要：
This paper addressed the joint base stock and economic order quantity (EOQ) of two- echelon distribution system in supply chain management (SCM). Considered supplier's base stock and buyer's order quantity as decision variables. With stochastic demand, we developed a mathematical model with the objective of maximizing expected joint profit and constrain of which is individual profit is no less than the lower limit of individual profit. And then analyzed properties of the model and then presented a effective solution method.
