Real Estate Supply Chain Coordination Management

Real Estate Supply Chain (RESC) is a new management approach, which emphasizes the enterprise relationship management. its core lies in the coordination and management of the supply chain enterprise relationships. This paper designs an agile and two-dimensional RESC organization model which is built on the theories of supply chain management and virtual company. This paper puts forward that principal-agent is the natural relationship of SC enterprise. In order to solve the problems of principal-agent, this paper first establishes a supervisory and incentive mechanism which is based on the supply chain principal-agent cooperation contract model. Nuclear enterprise can use this mechanism to encourage and supervise the member enterprises to raise the level of information-sharing. Secondly, it establishes a low-cost, high-efficient RESC Coordination Platform to realize information-sharing and centralized control. From the above two approaches, we can solve the asymmetric information problems among the principal-agent enterprises and coordinate the real estate supply chain more effectively.
