摘要：
This paper has studied and developed the (NC2)-C-2(Neural Network Controlled Communication) processor applied to RBN (Reverse Baseline Networks). The throughputs of the (NC2)-C-2 processor are shown by the simulation results to be better than the conventional algorithm. Also, the (NC2)-C-2 processor has successfully solved many optimization control problems.
