Simultaneous determination of 10 mental drugs by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要
A new method for the simultaneous determination of 10 mental drugs with amide structure in human blood by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) is described. In this method, the conditions for extracting solvent, pH of the reaction environment and GC-MS were investigated and optimized. The linear range of the determination nikethamide, lidocaine, phenobarbital, noramidopyrine, atropine, carbamazepine, chlorpromazine was 0. 1 - 25 mg/L, and promethazine, diazepam, clozapine was 0. 5 - 25 mg/L. The average recoveries of nikethamide, lidocaine, phenobarbital, noramidopyrine, atropine, carbamazepine, chlorpromazine, promethazine, diazepam, clozapine were 77% - 97%. The relative standard deviations were less than 7. 0%. The determination limits were 5 - 40 mu g/kg. The advantage of this method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It has been proved to be reliable, accurate and suitable for the medicine monitoring.
