摘要
PdCl2(TPPTS)(2) [TPPTS = (m-C6H4SO3Na)(3)P] is used as catalyst in the carbonylation of allyl chloride. This catalyst exhibits very high activity and selectivity in the dilute alcoholic-aqueous NaOH/toluene medium under atmospheric pressure of carbon monoxide at 40 degrees C, Ethanol plays an important role for increasing the catalytic activity and selectivity of PdCl2(TPPTS)(2). The turnover reaches 2.7 x 10(4) (mol CO/mol Pd) in 21.5 h when the mole ratio of substrate/catalyst is 3 x 10(4). A synergic effect was observed when a second transition metal compound was added to the catalytic system. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V.
