摘要
The present study uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) to empirically assess management performance of 26 condominium building projects in central Taiwan. DEA assesses the relative efficiency of each project based on eight input items and five output items. Variable differential analysis is applied to improve efficiency by reducing the ratio of inputs for each project. The approach provides a positive mechanism for facilitating the objective assessment of property management. The empirical outcomes provide managerial insights for assessing project performance efficiency.
