摘要
Clubroot resistance from B. campestris and B. oleracea was combined in resynthesised rape seed lines. Progenies from interspecific crosses between ECD-04 and ECD-15 or 'Bohmerwaldkohl' showed a broad, and so far stable resistance against several Plasmodiophora brassicae isolates. A breeding programme was started including the development of clubroot resistant DH-lines and of a backcross generation, which is segregating for the three dominant resistance genes that originally came from B. campestris. Cuttings of the BC-plants showed a clear differential interaction with different P. brassicae isolates, which enabled us to identify resistance genes and virulence factors.
