On the Sustainable Development of the Regional Service Outsourcing Industry in Shandong

As a new form of participation in international division of production and services, service outsourcing has become the new drive for the global economic growth through promoting the optimization of industrial structure and production organization modes. At present, service outsourcing has become one of the fastest developing sectors in the Chinese economy. With stable and proper market environment, rich natural resources, and cheap labor resources, Shandong province attract many service outsourcing enterprises. In this paper, the author firstly describes the current status of the local outsourcing industry in Shandong, and then discusses factors promoting regional outsourcing development. At the end of the paper, several suggestions are provide to facilitate regional outsourcing development. This research may provide reference for the sustainable development of the Chinese outsourcing industry.
