摘要
Event-related potentials were recorded in 10 medicated schizophrenics during two auditory tasks (an oddball task and a distraction task). P300 latency for targets in the oddball task was delayed in the patients. P300 amplitude for targets in both tasks and novels in the distraction task, was reduced in the patients. The topographical scalp current density (SCD) distributions of P300 for targets in the oddball task and for novels in the distraction task differed between the two groups.
