摘要
We present models for the average packet error rate (PER) for various transmission schemes available in literature. We define criteria for evaluating these models. We find that most of the presented models are verified only for some modulation and coding schemes and that some of the models need an additional evaluation of approximation parameters to be used for a specific transmission scheme. We compare existing PER models and highlight the cases that need additional evaluation.
