Based on a series of 20 cases, eight with 1.5T and 3T MRA's, 3T MRA provides improvement over 1.5T MRA in imaging the vessels of the circle of Willis in pediatric patients with vascular disease. Dephasing artifact is reduced and laminal stenosis or occlusions become better depicted. (c) 2007 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
