摘要
The emergence and rise of organizational cooperation generates new development to the traditional provision pattern of public goods It is especially beneficial to regional local governments, for they can select adjacent governments, local businesses, and third party to cooperate with in order to provide regional public goods and services more effectively Share of the expected benefits from cooperation and comparison of the cooperation cost make it possible to select cooperation. However, in order to further reduce the cooperation cost, increase cooperation proceeds, and to maintain stable cooperation relationship, it is necessary to establish and improve the cooperative mechanism and solve possible problems which may be encountered in future operation As a new delivery pattern for public goods, organizational cooperation has a broad prospect to research and develop
