摘要
The Rashba Hamiltonian is used to analyze the spin orientation of two-dimensional electrons in electric field. The mean electron spin is found to be oriented in the sample plane perpendicularly to the electric field. In the limit of weak spin-orbit interaction, the spin orientation factor may increase.
