The Imbalance of College Counselor System Coincide with Undergraduate Tutorial System and Its Solutions

摘要
Plenty of colleges and universities including vocational schools have been introduced tutorial system on the basis of the original counselor system, in order to promote and improve education quality. However, there are many problems in actual practice; for example, neither of them want to take responsibilities but to pass the buck to each other because the boundary of their responsibilities is indefinite. How to set effective systems to solve these matters lead by the imbalanced relationship is a real problem for colleges and universities. This paper mainly analyzes the reasons why the two do not coincident, and puts forward four solutions on the basis of the reality problems.
