摘要
This special issue includes a selection of papers presented at the 1999 La Londe Seminar. After a description of the conference, this introduction shortly presents the papers included in the special issue: two guest papers from Sidney Levy and Robert Peterson, and five competitive papers dealing with marketing communications and consumer behavior.
