摘要:
Drug delivery devices have been recently emerged as a significant facet of therapeutic treatment. Most of the devices comprises of tiny reservoir based structures for carrying and delivering drugs to a targeted location in human body. In this paper, the material characterization of microchamber arrays is presented. The microchamber arrays were prepared in the thin layer of Graphene Oxide deposited on a glass substrate. In the next step, the complementary split ring resonator (CSRR) sensor was used to characterize the tiny reservoirs of microchamber arrays. It was observed that the permittivity of microchamber arrays have an impact on the resonant frequency of CSRR.
