摘要
With the openness of market and the formation of buyer's market, the strategic emphasis of enterprises have begun to turn into the service competition centering customer lifetime value (CLV). This paper, based on the analyzing of customer lifetime value and its model established, presents the quantitative studies of customer lifetime value's influence on disposing enterprise service resources through expanding customer lifetime value model, and discusses the effective ways of enterprise optimizing service resource-construct. Then, the paper puts forward the enforcement tactics of Chinese enterprises taking part in worldwide service competition.
