Public Governance: the Orientation of Public Administrative Reform in China

The thoughts of public governance and the ideas of new public management are the products of western governments in dealing with the crisis of finance, management and confidence. The former broke the mere pursuit of efficiency in the new public management. It considers that governmental sector and non-governmental sectors should cooperate with each other, share the public power in the interdependent environment, altogether manage public affairs and provide public goods in order to implement and enhance public interest. The Chinese government is under transformation. So the thoughts of cooperation demand it to construct a diverse multicenter management mechanism and network management structure.
