摘要
At present, with increasingly prominent urban problems such as the spread of suburbanization in large cities, the development of small-medium sized cities requires being concerned to avoid the same problem. Based on the travel survey data of residents in Kunming and Qujing in 2016 and the POI data of the built environment, this research focuses on residents' activity-travel behaviors. A decision tree model is proposed to investigate the influences of the built environment on commuting mode choice. First, the results show the different characteristics such as occupation, car ownership, and home-work distance will determine the impact of the built environment on their commuting modes. Second, the accessibility of the bus at the work place and the land use mixture at the resident place show a wider range of affected groups in Qujing.
