摘要
Since last decade there is the dramatic increase in indoor wireless communication. Data rate demands are increasing, and to support present RF communication, there is also an idea to implement separately or hybridized indoor visible light communication. With the help of visible light communication, many issues like spectrum conjunction and hunger of high data rate can be solved because visible light communication provides spectrum ten thousand times more than RF spectrum. In visible light communication, each user can achieve hundreds of Mb data rate even in conjunction scenario. So we can imagine that to implement such high-speed indoor systems we need a system which can handle data rate in multi gigabits and connect the indoor network with outdoor backhaul system. As digital coherent is best for backhaul optical communication so in this paper we designed digital coherent based radio over fiber system which can support high-speed communication in multi-gigabit and can be the good candidate to support the backhaul issue in indoor high-speed communication. A system is designed and analyzed with different modulation techniques. For simulation, we used OptiSystem 15.0 commercial optical system design tool.
