摘要
Planetary ball miller was used for the dispersion disposal of collagen fiber and the optimal condition was determined by the L-16 (4(3)) orthogonal experiment. The particle size of collagen fiber was determined by using Laser particle analyzer, the microcosmic appearance was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the thermal behavior by thermogravimetry and differential thermal analyses (TG/SDTA). The results indicated that the bulky conglomeration was crushed to puff fiber and the dispersibility was improved markedly after appropriate disposal of milling. The rotary speed of the ball miller was the main factor influencing the efficiency of milling, while other factors were on the small side relatively. Besides, the optimum dry-milling conditions were determined that the proportion of ball to stuff was 10: 1, the rotary speed was 800r/min and the milling time was 90min.
