摘要
In present work, the characteristics of capillary tube of extruded A3003 alloy for refrigeration system were investigated. The capillary tubes used for this work were obtained by hot extrusion under high extrusion ratio. In order to study their mechanical properties, the tubes were measured hardness and roughness of the inner and outer surface in the extruded tubes. Besides, the tubes were performed by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) to observe the influence of process parameters on the grain size and formed phases. The results show that hot extrusion for A3003 alloy capillary tubes were obtained the sound extrudates having roughness (R-z) of inner and outer surface of 0.9 and 1.0 mu m, respectively.
