摘要
Controlling activities are nowadays also diversified into specific areas such as the human resource management. It is very important that the relevant persons have adequate controlling tools in the selection of workforce as well as in evaluation of its working results. In the theory are defined several indicators, indices and models, which include a range of determinants to help in decision making. Model of competency profile for an applicant, the staff quality index, or the objective and subjective indicators of the level are discussed in the paper. The aim of the paper is to examine the applicability of selected controlling tools in the human resources field. The analysis method and observation method are used. Finally, the consequences about positives and disadvantages in the application of the instruments are processed in the paper.
