摘要
The mechanical behavior and low cycle fatigue properties of Q355B structural steel subjected to different levels of pre-fatigue damage were investigated in the present study. Monotonic tensile and low cycle hysteresis loading tests were carried on Q355B steel coupons with pre-fatigue damage to investigate its influence on the mechanical properties of Q355B steel. A reliable relationship between the mechanical behavior and the pre-fatigue damage under cyclic loading was subsequently established. The findings from the present research provide a valuable reference for the accurate assessment of the mechanical performance of steel structures after varying degrees of pre-fatigue damage.
