Optimization of start-up process for unit plant in electrical power plants

摘要
The research of optimizing method on startup process has been carried on from the point of the power set in this article. In the power set's startup process, a research has been made on the equipments about the stress, which are the key equipments to restrict the speed of the starting process. The boiler drum's and the turbine rotor's theoretical stresses are obtained by a one-dimensional finite element stress field calculation. Taking the difference of the equipments as the optimizing steps, with reducing the starting time as the goal to be aspired, an optimization model of the power plant starting process is built up. With the genetic algorithm, optimized starting curves for the boiler's cold starting have been calculated. These optimized starting curves may serve as guides for operating power sets.
