摘要：
This paper analyzes efficiency of venture capital t innovation over the period 2003-2007. Basing on the effect mechanism, we choose knowledge production function and use Malmquist index to calculate the efficiency. Just as the TFP measures, these are decomposed into two component measures. we give them new meanings and explanation. The results told us that the whole efficiency is growing year by year, although it is lower than ideal..
