Optimal Design of the Working Device for Loader Based on Virtual Prototype Technology

摘要
The optimal model of working device for loader was set up based on ADAMS software. Optimal design was done by the boom cylinder force of the working device for Loader as target function with the relatively recent nonlinear method called Sequential Quadratic Programming algorithm from the OPTDES. A new method was put forward for optimal design to working device of loader. The optimal dimension for working device and the optimal force of boom cylinder could be got by the optimal analyzes.
