摘要
Intensive market competition brings new opportunities and challenge to the businesses of our country. However, the pounding of new technical revolution of the world brings new pressure and intranquility to the businesses of our country. The reason is that under present mechanism, the businesses of our country lack the motive forces of seeking technical progress and the businesses themselves obviously lack the technical exploiting ability. In order to resolve this problem, must strengthen technical reformation, increase technical exploiting invest, change ideas, give full play to the superiority of business difference and strengthen the technical corporations among businesses. In addition, through implementing the measures of deepening internal reforms in businesses, strengthening government leading, enlarging the extents of policy help, constructing and amplifying the technical exploiting centers of businesses, raising the technical exploiting ability of businesses, anti ensuring business subsistence and development in domestic and abroad market competition.
