摘要
Herein, It is reported the synthesis of colloidal quaternary chalcogenide Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) nanocrystals (usually 2-10 nm in size) via moderate low cost hot injection method. trioctylphosphine oxide (TOPO) is used as nanocrystal stabilizer. The influence of annealing temperature on the structural and optical properties is studied. Morphology of as prepared nanomaterial is defined by using HRTEM. It is publicised by XRD and TEM measurements that all the prepared samples of nanomaterials enclosed with both kesterite and novel wurtzite phase. The energy bandgap for obtained nanomaterial after annealing at 250 degrees C is found to be 1.49 eV, which validate its prospective use for solar devices. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
