In the current era of big data, the development of Internet finance is facing opportunities while also facing challenges in all aspects. In the digital economy, data is the financial industry's core assets, and analyzing vast amounts of information through the use of big data technology, is the main direction of the current development of the financial industry. This paper by the status of the current financial market integration and the development of big data, analyzes the potential for development and the integration of the two major challenges currently facing, on how to deal with the financial relationship between the Internet and big data technologies, financial risk control, precision marketing, etc. Think about the difficult problems, and further explore the development path of Internet finance under the background of big data.
